Beginning with the opening frames of Primiti Too Taa, the typewriter-animated film I teamed up with Ed Ackerman on back in 1986, this doc reminds us of the beautiful young dreamer Ed was and show us an older Ed still clinging to his dream, in conflict with a bull-dozing Winnipeg city council.
